Today's workout:

7 Hang snatches

Then:

3 sets 10 reps Back squat 50%, 60% 70% of 1 rep max

Right after do as many hand stand push-ups as possible or

standing dumbbell press. Complete all in 3 minutes and

then repeat.

I did:

10 reps 315lbs / 10 dumbbell presses 60lbs

10 reps 345lbs / 10 dumbbell presses 60lbs

10 reps 365lbs / 10 dumbbell presses 60 lbs

Then:

"Jackie" circuit workout ( 1,000 meter row, 50 thrusters, 30

pull-ups) must complete in 12 minutes.

I did it in 11:35 and I did ring rows because I'm to chubby

for 30 pull-ups right now.

Here is a video that really touches me and I hope it makes

you think a little bit as well. With all the ugliness going on in

the world, we need to try to make a difference and it starts

at home with you and me. One of the best songs I've heard

in a while from an artist you may not have heard of. Have a

great day. Stay motivated! Bobby Tinsley - Difference
